These terms cover the text messages Silver Shield Security LLC ("Silver Shield") sends about your service requests.
Text messaging program
Silver Shield sends text messages only to people who contact us first by phone or text and ask for a callback, an appointment or help with a question. Messages confirm callback times, confirm or reschedule appointments you requested, and answer your questions. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
How you opt in
You opt in by texting Silver Shield at (704) 440-4688, or by agreeing on a phone call with Silver Shield to receive text updates about your request. You do not have to agree to texts to buy any product or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your requests.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
How to opt out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.
